The weather is linked up to the ocean temperatures which impacts currents and weather patterns, so if we keep on with this global warming ish, we will have suceeded in changing the weather.

the russians fuck with the clouds so that important events dont get rained on, they push 'em over mountains etc and force the rain out. 



edit - after i thought about it, im not sure where I heard this, i think it was a Max Ex type show, but i checked wikipedia and couldnt find it
