I was lookin for mostly East Coast songs (thats why its in the outbound). Even though i said 99 and Before..i was mainly lookin for 88 to 95 era where i don't have as PARTY songs.

Same thing I was thinking really. Anyways, I believe most of the decent party songs from that era have been mentioned already... May think of some later tonight. Just to get in a helping hand.
