ok, its like an 80s or early 90s movie, its about some kid that like moves to cali, to his relatives house for some reason, and he roller blades, and like all these other kids roller blade, and theres some crazy hill, and they all race down it, etc... anyone?

ugh!!! found it, had a lapse of rememberance and rembered seth green was in it, its called "airborne"
