-

-
looks like spiders got games pic on his mixtape to sell other wise it would dude is wack and has no flow what so ever.
wtf G Unit Crip
Yeah but when Game has 50 and GUnit pictures on the last 3 mixtapes its "dope as fuck".Typical dubcc.
-
heard it and it´s wickedy wack, Whoo Kid needs to step his game up coz all of the recent G-Unit mixtapes have been garbage. i guess the days of No Mercy No Fear,50 Cent Is The Future,The 5th element etc are gone coz those tapes were dope as fuck.
-
I like the cover. Much better than most G-Unit mixtape covers
lol @ the change of hart pics nex to the title

Yeah but when Game has 50 and GUnit pictures on the last 3 mixtapes its "dope as fuck".Typical dubcc.
There's a difference...at least Game was doing original and funny things with G Unit on his covers (obvious example being the "Ghost Unit" mixtape cover). Spider uses the pic of Game on "Change of Heart" from, what, a decade ago? Gosh, how unique.
I understand you're a fan of G-Unit, which is fair enough, but just because some people on here think Spider is a wack rapper doesn't automaticallly mean that they are Game dick riders/G-Unit haters. I'm not a huge fan of either and like to think that I can see the pro's and con's in both teams. I'm sure many people feel the same. It's not a Game bias on DubCC's part, at least not with everyone.
As for the cover, its pretty nice. I have my doubts over the actual music though, but I'll probably give some tracks a listen.

Yeah i completley agree
And when someone says 50 Cent isnt a "wack, wanksta, bitch" thingy that doesnt mean hes a G - Unit groupie.I am also a fan of both of them and im happy that you are objective. The sad thing is a lot of people in here is just plain and simple biased .
-
The cover's pretty decent with them lolos and shit, and game's pic there holding a sign like the rest is pretty funny, I can't front. But there's the worse parts too, like the logo in the middle, it's too cramped with shit. And the name of the tape is the weirdest ever, I had to read it a couple times before I understood it.
But what the hell is a G-Unit Crip? Not a gang in LA, as the song says...
-

ECG-Unit Crip=East Coast G-Unit Crip LMFAO. but i still wanna know why Whoo Kid can´t put out good mixtape these days. coz from 2002-2004 he dropped some of the best mixtapes i´ve ever heard but the last G-Unit Radio shit sucked, the Mase shit sucked, the Olivia shit sucked and this Spider mixtape sucks >:( *bumps No Mercy,No Fear and wonders WTF happened*

So a cover with Game holding 50's head... That's original right? That's very unique? LOL. In actuality, putting Game's Change of Heart pictures on your album cover is unique. Why? Because nobody has done it yet. That's what unique means. That's what being original is. That's doing something funny. That's showing people the lame shit Game had done prior to being in the public eye. LMAO @ That being a decade ago. Game is only like 26 (at the oldest), that had to have been no more than 5 years ago... And then you wonder why people get labeled dickriders. Plain and simple, people can't stand the fact that Spider Loc is standing up for G-Unit (much like Game did against Joe Budden). If Spider Loc would've never started dissing, 50 wouldn't have put anything out, nor would Young Buck.

are these cats actually signed to G-Unit West or are they just apart of Spider's lil rap click?

But now it's circulating in the streets, where G-Unit want it to be. They don't care if us dudes on the Net think Game's a lame or not, because, let's be real, 90% of us are NOT street. They want the streets to see this Mixtape and laugh at Game. Therefore discrediting him and his disses to G-Unit.

ok, I'll buy that.........its been in a few magazines too, tho'............fuck it tho', i dont even really care to be honest with you

What I'm saying is this... If there was a 50 picture out there that he wasn't too proud of, and Game put that on his Mixtape cover, most of you guys would be all up Game's nuts about it. But, since it's Game getting humiliated, it's not funny. People need seperate themselves from these beefs. It's not your own, you're just watching/listening. Game doesn't care about you... Remember that.

Well, I never mentioned the "UKnowWhatItIs Vol. 3" cover. Seriously, I'll admit that particular cover, while not unique, got Game's point across. My exact words were "obvious example" being the 'Ghost Unit' mixtape. How is it unique to 'expose' a picture that surely every casual observer of this feud has already seen? So putting it on a mixtape cover somehow makes it fresh? To flip that, who had seen G-Unit dressed as the Ghostbusters? I understand that the dating show pic may never have been featured on a mixtape cover, but I think that the whole 'Change Of Heart' thing is, literally, old news. Whether it was a decade ago, or five years ago, or whatever, it's what I would deem a pretty long time ago. Even if the appearance was, as you put it, "lame".
On principle, I don't have anything against Spider defending his home team - even if it is a bit strange that he was apparently very keen to take a picture with Game when he was on the verge of blowing up. Whether you believe that or not, it comes from Game's brother who, as a result of their falling out, really has no reason to defend him being that Game is also a grown man who can defend himself. Kinda gives the story some weight.
In any case, I for one CAN stand the fact that Spider is standing up for G-Unit. As far as I'm concerned, he can do what he wants. It's just music.
As for your argument, I (like many other fans I'm sure) had a little laugh when that whole Game/tongue ring story came out. I personally wouldn't assume that everyone on DubCC is on Game's nuts.
-
As you say Game got his point across with his Vol. 3 cover, I feel Spi got his point across with this cover. Why? Because it depicts Game to, one, be as lame as being on dating show, and two, getting turned down on a dating show. It's the ulitmate truth. No fiction involved. Where as Game holding 50 Cent's head couldn't be anymore than a fantasy. Ghost Unit was funny, there's no doubt about that. But, again, it was a complete fantasy. Game being on Change of Heart, as "played out" as it maybe is still hilarious to me and many others. Putting it on a Mixtape makes it just that much funnier.
-
All the crip this crip that crip crip crip shit is pathetic to me. Since when is cripping a selling point?

Ask the Nationwide Rip Ridaz, ask the Dogg Pound Gangsta Crips, etc. It's been like this since the 90s... You're just catching on now?

I feel bad for whoever gives this attention or even a listen

Don't get me wrong, I laughed at the "Change of Heart" pic/story - even the biggest Game fans couldn't deny that one. I do believe it is a bit played out though, and don't really see how putting it on a mixtape cover makes it funnier. Other than that, I agree with your post.
At the end of the day, I would think that Spider would rather see all this attention focused on his music as opposed to the mixtape's cover!

I dont know Game personally, but I dont like how 50cent get down. I dont know if he really snitched on niggas, but he got a BIG ASS MOUTH and the niggas is very so-so on the mic. I dont like how GAME was handling all of this niggas beefs for about a year and NOBODY ELSE IN GUNIT had the balls to stand up and battle Yuk, Budden, Ja Rule, Regime, etc.. Game made enemies trying to battle for 50 then when 50 wanted more beefs with more niggas (Nas, Fat Joe, Lox,etc..)Game got tiered of that shit and said fuk dat. 50 put Game out on frontstreet battling everybody while 50 didnt even defend himself. Then the nigga aired Game out over the Radio instead of DISMISSING HIM IN PERSON LIKE A REAL NIGGA WOULD DO HE SNAKED HIM, PUT HIM ON BLAST TO OTHERS WITHOUT SAYING SHIT TO HIS FACE FIRST. Niggas in the street dont handle shit like that. That made me NOT LIKE 50. Game may not be the best rapper in the world, but if a nigga did that shit to me I would've reacted the same way.. NIGGA U TRY TO FUCK MY CARRER UP YOU GOING DOWN WITH ME. I respect that shit.

All the crip this crip that crip crip crip shit is pathetic to me. Since when is cripping a selling point?
Almost since the beginning, more specifically when "Bangin On Wax" dropped back in '93. Gangbanging has always been a part of West Coast rap...if you think it's so pathetic, why the fuck you listening to the West in the first place?

Back in the day you had dudes coming out that were gang related. NWA, Quik, Eiht, Snoop etc... but they weren't blatently yell crip, blood, and they certainly weren't calling out sets. Then, dudes want to prove they are still street and what not because all these guys are NOT living the street life anymore, so they step it up and start yelling crip and blood. Now, that's not good enough and to prove their street cred dudes are yelling out real sets. Being gang related (when you do gangster rap) is a selling point, cuz that's realness, but to holler out sets and to diss other's sets is just setting the stage for useless rap related street violence. I don't know, anyone feel me on this?

No, I really don't feel ya, because what you've said isn't the truth. First of all, there was no "Crip/Blood" phase and then a mention of sets..."Bangin On Wax" was all about those cats calling out their hoods and shit. With other rappers, it was usually pretty easy to tell which card they were from - their names, for example (Tone Loc - obviously Crip) or the way they talked (Snoop frequently saying "cuzz" and "loc" in his lyrics).
And I don't see how shouting out sets by itself causes violence...ANY beef carries that risk. When MC Eiht and DJ Quik were feuding, the Tragniew Park Crips and Tree Top Pirus automatically got to dumpin on each other, and there wasn't no repping sets on their diss tracks. In comparison, you've got Tha Eastsidaz calling out their sets regularly, and that was a peace thang (at first, anyway).
Generally speaking, the worst thing that repping your set on wax can do is limit your paper, case the cats from the rival gangs don't wanna buy your album. So for underground niggas trying to make a come up, it's probably not a wise move. In the mainstream, tho, you can do whatever the fuck you wanna do - you talk about Crippin on wax, and like you said, it's a selling point - the white kids think it sounds more authentic or what have you.
