Title: Is LL Cool J sending subliminal shots to Ma$e on this new track???????(RE_UPPED)
Post by: gchild on February 07, 2006, 02:40:15 PM: This song is with Mary Mary off the soundtrack to the film Madea's Family Reunion. Its like an "uplifting " God track.
But some of the versus that LL raps seems like he saying sumting to Ma$e.
at the end the music cuts off and he says
"Less Fake rappers & mo real pastors"
also other lyrics like
"stop switching ur postion make ur mind up".......

I don't know if he is,but he does put out records where disses people but doesn't mention names.

Post by: gchild on February 09, 2006, 06:07:30 AM: Im not sure if its a diss to Ma$e. Doesn't seem like LL to instigate beef, unless he felt disrespected by Ma$e, being rapper->Pastor->rapper (in a religious sense) or if Ma$e called shots @ LL which i doubt. Who knows what Ll meant by those lines?!

why should he? L still got rhymes, it's his subject matter recently (relentless girl tracks) that got most heads upset with him. I actually like this one though. It's a different type of song for L. I don't think it's a dis to Mase though, but as they say "if the shoe fits.................."
