I read this is Maxim today...
IDLEWILD
"its a feature-length music video--starring outkat"
leave it to Outkast to put together something no one in Hollywood has thought of. There creative movie musical is directed by Bryan Barber. I think thats the same dude who did Andre's "hey ya" video. But this is set in a southern speakeasy town during prohibition. I've seen 4 brothers.. and i thought Andre was a good actor..should be interesting seeing Big Boi... i think this has potential
anyone know anything else bout it?

Heard about this they are also droping a cd with the same name. They said its something like a soundtack . It suks that this will be their last project together   :'(.

its a musical, so the soundtrack will probably be loads of the songs from the film

i also think outkast wont disappoint on this album

I saw a trailer for this.  I'll see if I can find it and post it here.

The movie defininitely had a ragtime feel to it, and there was music playing in the background.  It was def an Outkast song, with Andre having a major influence musically.  I'm thinking he's gonna be singing a lot on this joint.  I've enjoyed every Outkast album, but the last 2 they've released have gotten the least amount of replay from me.  I will def purchase this sdtrk when it drops though.

For real? I'm surprised they lasted this long together to be honest. They've been on 2 different wavelengths since the start.
