Michael Jackson - Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough
That shit always cheers my ass up. A lot of Jacko's shit does.
In Hip Hop it has to be 2Pac - "I Get Around". That shit always reminds me of '93 which was one of my happiest times. Plus the feel of the song is just too damn tight.
-
Just a couple a songs that put
Lenny Williams - Cause I Love You
Nate Dogg - Music & Me
Micheal Jackson - Smooth Criminal
Eminem - Role Model
Outkast - Spottieottiedopaliscious
Hell a dope song in general make me feel good. I swear if it weren't for music I think I would be depressed. I'm always happy cause I got somethin in my ears all the time.
-
a lot of songs from doggystyle. like "whats my name", "ain't no fun" etc
keep their heads ringin
any songs that pump me up usually get me in a good mood as well
"Brooklyn's finest", 1st of the month, Da rockwilder, nas stillmatic intro

Mr. Money Loc - Dedication
(http://axlefohley.freeservers.com/MoneyLocCoverSMALL.jpg )
This song talks about him moving from Long Beach to Cleveland. He also show's so much LOVE for his daughter (Jazmine) in a shout out which... well.... I totally identify with.
I don't know ya'll.. I just feel this nigga. I mean, since I moved out here to Seattle... (from Los Angeles in 2k) all I do is think about my daughter, flying back every month to see her for a weekend. It's hard.. but this song (for some reason) helps. Just check..
Quote: (.53 sec's into the song)
"my daughter got my back on these streets.. she got my second set of eyes.. keepin me focused if my first set is sleep...."
Quote 2: (2:13 min's into the song)
"But now my life is on the other side.. here we go.. gotta do whats right.. by my daughter.. NOW! ..check my FLOW!!"
Cant help but feel this song!
This was her dedication right here. From my lil girl, Britt. This is what keeps me in perspective.

That song is a timeless classic. If The Source gave out 5 mics to R&B albums Diary Of A Mad Band would definitely deserve it. One of my favorite albums ever from all genres.

does anyone know if the full version of the video track is available. you see, I like the beat on the last track from southernplayalisticcadillacfunkymusic but the full version is track 8, which is the same song they use for the music video except for the beat, which is the beat from the last track on the album.
