Hell naww, 95% skills and 5% luck, he's obviously a lefty, so he knew what he was doing.
You must have played football a couple of hundred times to even start to realize how much skills it takes to do a shot like that.
It's from aprox. 40-50 meters, the ball is bouncing, and he hits it with the outside of his foot with high power, and the ball gets a perfect twist over and around the keeper.

pretty sick

props to the man with tha knowledge. 8)
his first touch to control the ball backs up JM's point - it takes it away from the other players and allows him to quickly take advantage of the goalies shit kick and bad position by releasing a near-enough instant shot. fantastic goal.
any1 who thinks that piece of brilliance was 99% luck has never played the game or is a straight up busta. :nawty:

95&% skills would basicly mean that he could redo that anytime which i doubt.. but alot of skills was def. involved.

I think it's useless to say it was X % of Luck and X% Skill, that's just impossible to estimate. But what we do know is that he saw the keeper was out, he saw that the ball was coming towards him, and he waited until it was at the right level so that he can connect properly. He knew what he was doing, and obviously he wanted to have that Upper Right to Lower Right spin on the ball. If this shot is luck, then every long distance shot is basically pure luck too.

there was mostly vision, technique and skill involved: fact (and some partial luck)
