Public Enemy takes it...but it"z just me...
-
LOL... I thought you were offline... anyway... for me, "Straight Outta Compton" was the best album.
-
cmmon.....where iz all tha headz?...:)

THis is obviously very hard......i like Straight Outta Compton a lot more but i can see why some people think It Takes A Nation Of Millions is better, cuz it probably is. peace

Straight out of Compton..... Chuck can't fuck with Cube, Eazy and Ren on the mic......Chuck D is a role model to me, I read his whole book, and he's one of the great thinkers of today, but he's an inferior mc, his skills are dry in my opinion, he's a better polotician and community leader then he is a rapper.

I think Straight Outta Compton is more influential but I like Nation of Millions better. And that's only because I think Nation is a more complete album, whereas Compton has its hits and misses.

P.E.'s second album will always be a classic. I remember hearing Bring The Noise and Rebel Without A Pause for the first time which I actually heard before Str8 Outta Compton.
In the end, I would have to choose N.W.A but this is a close race. Back then, there wasn't such a line drawn between Eastcoast and Westcoast music, so it would be a toss up. Nice post. I love both, for their classic status. It's really hard to pick. Pz.

What the hell do you know. One minute.. its Craig David, Shakira, Brandy, now your on P.E.'s nuts.
MR. BOOTLEGGA, BUSTA, BOOTY, BROWN!, YOUR VOICE HOLDS NO WEIGHT IN THIS COURT OF REALITY. I CANT SAY THAT YOU'VE BEEN PLAYED. BUT I CAN SAY THAT YOU'VE PLAYED YOURSELF. BITCH!

The music I choose/prefer to listen to has no relivance to the topic.
I never listen to P.E. granted.

How can this be (in your own words) "one of the best hiphop albums of all time" and yet, you never listen to P.E.
Now, I'm not a P.E. fan, but I do have all P.E. albums OG, including Yo Bum Rush The Show. I rep the West, but classic Eastcoast music can not be denied.
You open your mouth, stick your foot in, and once again, play yourself. Sad.
