I beleive it's called "Fallin On" and it sampled David McAllum's (sp) "The Edge"

David McAllum's (sp) "The Edge"  was produced by the legendary David Axelrod.

David Axelrod said he couldn't believe what dre had done with it, and that he was a genius when interviewed by UK underground magazine 'big daddy' .
