Why do they allow cars to have max speeds of 120-140mph< if the max speeds limit in America is 70-80mph ?
Oh and if your transmission is slipping, and you get the transmission serviced (oil/filter) it could get worse?...I know it has something to do with the chemicals.
C'mon on Dubcc mechanics ?

- speed limit thing.. i dunno.. its the same here too..
- not sure transmissions.. you all drive auto's don't ya? bleh
the chemicals part could be that dirty 'thicker' transmission fluid could stop a problem b ing apparent whereas having it replacd with fresh uncontaminated (or a lower weight oil) could show the problem up..

automatic transmission gets hammered in europe... too much starting and stopping... and yeah a manual is cheaper to fix, run and are more fuel efficient, have a higher top speed and are quicker off the mark... auto's are a waste of time i.m.o..
