i think it was at a concert, and Lil Bow wow rhymed for Snoop backstaged
-
Llil' Bow Wow was also featured in the "Gin & Juice" video.
-
do yall think that if lil bow wow stayed wit snoop he would have blown up like he did? i personally dont think so cuz he would have been gangsta-like. jd made him a star
-
yeah.. he came up on stage during the chronic tour, and rapped for snoop, he was initially going to hook up with death row, but snoop thought JD could provide a better environment for him - rightly so IMO.
recently suge is claming lil bow wow is his.
-
I dunno. But I fink he is quite talented 4 his age
-
i think that in the doggystyle days, if bow wow would have stick with snoop, he would done better, now jd is doin well with him cause his young, but in the future, bow wow's gonna be another sisqo or ja rule, u know what i mean
-
it aint like there's anythin gangsta about bow wow...he was too young to be accepted as a gangsta rappa anywayz...so it's probably best that he was brought up to be kind of a young ja rule!
suge wants to get bow wow back to tha row cos he says he was the one who discovered him...but it's a fact that he rhymed for snoop on the chronic tour...
and talented? whats talented about him? if i'm right he does next to no producin....and i know most rappaz don't but he don't write his own rhymes...so he aint talented there...and he don't have a good voice...i guess his flow is alright...but thats it....so how is he talented for his age?? i could rap as good as him and sell if i had snoop and jd backin me up 2, but that'll neva happen and i don't really want it too neither...
-
He has good flow, and an image, that's all he needs.
If he would have signed with deathrow back then, he'd probably be dead by now. He'd be addicted to pot, drunk half the time, have 3 kids and be broke on the street, lol.

he can write his own lyrics but the too much raw for his age, so thats why i said that he would have blow up more with snoop, it would have been another type of kriss kross

It was Lil' Bow Wow's dad, of course since he was six, that got Snoop to pick him up. And he was Lil' Snoop in the DoggyStyle skick before G'z and Hustlers. As for Lil' Bow Wow's future, I think he will be a great lyrist, he gots Snoop and JD behind him, and if Suge can keep his hands off something he never found, then Bow Wow would be set. I think maybe the next LL Cool J, because girls love him, and his cocky like that. I heard he can write his own lyrics, we'll have to see, but I do know that he was once signed to Snoop's original DoggyStyle records which was an off shot of Death Row, but I think that Death Row really has no rights to him. Well see. What the future holds for a future star, and maybe a big time player in terms of respect. We'll see.

Basically. I'm just curious if he turns out like Kris Kross, or Lil' Malik who was 15 when featured on Warren G's first Regulator CD. Never know, kid rappers have never lasted, no matter what, but we'll see. I think if he does, then we'll see the next LL, who was 15 when he started rapping.
-
I'm fairly sure Bow Wow was signed to or very close to Tha Row, considering he was supposed to appear on a song off of the Murder was the Case soundtrack.
-
i don't know if it was on his first cd but i heard a freestyle from him , and he was comming hard on it, no beat just him rhyming, that why i had respect for him.
