who else raps hella fast like bone thugs/twista/tech n9ne?

rugged man or whatever his name flows pretty fast on that wu tang compilation
also i just heard this song twisted insane - spider in the night, pretty fast too


i was also wondering what is their technique, how do they rap so fast and yet stay on beat?

I don't know how they do it but I'm pretty sure it's a midwest thing. Another rapper that raps like that is Sandman. I heard Do or Die raps that fast. All these guys are from the midwest.
