Chelsea hit by further FA charge
Chelsea have been charged by the Football Association with failure to control their players during the 1-0 Premiership defeat at Fulham on Sunday.
The charge relates to the Chelsea players' conduct following William Gallas' sending off in the last minute.
"The referee and assistant reported that a number of players had surrounded the assistant in an aggressive manner," said a statement on the FA's website.
Chelsea denied a similar charge after the game against West Brom on 4 March.
Gallas has been warned as to his future conduct after gesturing with a thumbs down to Fulham fans when walking off the pitch.
But Fulham have escaped any FA action after their players surrounded referee Mike Dean prior to Didier Drogba's effort being ruled out for handball.
The statement added: "Mike Dean also confirmed that, in his view, the conduct of Fulham players in the 57th minute did not warrant a report to the FA."
But the investigation into the scuffles between the two sets of supporters at full-time continues at FA headquarters.
"The FA is also investigating the pitch invasion following the final whistle and has requested detailed reports from the police and Fulham FC."
Chelsea have recently denied a similar charge relating to the game against West Brom on 4 March.
