I know the rest of the Vancouverites on here should be happy to know we won 4-3 in shootouts Naslund, Ruutu, and Betuzzi all scored...Tied for 6th in west 8)

i was at the fucking game son! that was a close one, we stopped playing in OT then we showed up those whiners in ShootOut

edmonton should have lost this game. the last two goals they scored were flukes.

Yeah, I'm not the biggest Bertuzzi fan but i don't mind him besides there wasnt much available in return for him at the deadline anyways, i think the trade that could have saved this season is if we could have traded Bertuzzi + Morrison for Thornton + Samsonov because Thornton is very similar to Bertuzzi he's just as big as him and if you see what hes done for Cheechoo in San Jose just imagine what he could of done with Naslund on his line and since Morrison is also a center we would have to trade him for a winger like Samsonov.
Anyways if the star players keep this up we should be able to make a nice playoff run this season

^^^k i doubt they wouldve done that trade. the canucks wouldve ran off wit a steal IMO but i dont watch a lot of hockey so i cant say for certain. i do believe though that thronton is better than bertuzzi and samsonov and morrison i think r bout the same or maybe a slight edge to bert. the trade i was hoping for wouldve been a nice goaltender to back up auld or maybe an even better goalie than auld. i do think that we need a better back up thoug cuz damn auld must be tired as fuck palying all these games and this is like his first full yr too.

i think they probably could have pulled of bertuzzi for thronton because thornton was struggling at the beginning of the season when he was traded at most canucks probably would have had to add in a draft pick, morrison for samsonov would be a bit of a stretch but the only reason i added that in is because thornton is also a center and they would need a winger and morrison and samsonov have been equal at least if you look at their stats morrison only has 3-4 more points then him. but their is no point in thinking of what could have happend we gotta focus on making the playoffs 8)

Canucks dint do that trade because Mo and Bert had definate chemistry wiht Markus and the staff management was just waiting for our top line to come around, which seems like 2/3's of which (Bert and Nazzy) are gaining form again!

lol ya I know, it's because everything is possible with our team.. we are UNPREDICTIBLE! We can beat the Senators 4-1 , beating the Sharks 6-2, and losing 6-4 to the Penguins in the same month... We are currently tied in 7th place in the East, only 2 points away from 6th :D We score 17 goals in the last 3 games so I hope we keep this up because we do have the talent, we just have to be more constance ... because there's no reason to let in only 2 goals from Coloraro and 6 from the Penguins... When you lose to a team like the Penguins, you feel like it's over for your team but when you manhandle a team like Philly (5-0) it obviously feels like your team can do anything...

just got back from the game. dezam did yall see that move bertuzzi had on his assist. shit was sick. great game by the canucks. big ups to burrows as well.
