Dubcnn is back with another review; this time our resident reviewer Shaun tackles a mixtape release from earlier this year. This release is from WestCoast G-Unit artist Spider Loc titled; Bangadoshish. Spider Loc is a controversial artist on the West and this review is likely to add to that talk and cause heated debate amongst fans and haters alike. Music is music people; allow Shaun to express his views and reasons behind them on this mixtape.

! Spider’s flows are nice on this one too. I gotta give it up to him, I like his style. He kinda sounds like a cross between 40 Glocc, Petey Pablo & young scarface

you read the review?! dude had never heard him...so in that respect its completely new...hes heard little of the BS, beef etc...just the mixtape, theres plenty of others being done atm...

Yeah i read the review all of it.50's diss Highly weak Spider is and those comparisons are laughable.
The review made me cringe :( : 4/5 ::) Spider is GARBAGE.Prince of the Bity Waz good that got 3/5 plus Hootie can RAP

The mixtape is not bad at all. I find it really funny that it didnt get talked about at all when it leaked, but dubcc for you.Always unbiased ::)
Like I said the mixtape is nice, Spider has a good ear for picking beats and his flow really improved compared to his prevoius songs.Lyricaly hes still so so but he has some nice punchlines about Game.
And Rud its a waste of time you posted this because this review is gonna only bring negative comments,except for a few, despite the fact they probably havent even checked it out.

Thanks for the points man :) yea i know, you see shaun even quoted what i said IN the review when he told me what he rated it...lol - i dont agree with the review but opinions are like assholes...and i and we should all respect that..IMO yes Prince of the bity was a better tape overall but others will disagree, its all good :)

i think his attitude is gonna never make me like him...i think hes wack as shit but maybe if he had a different attitude id like him more....i always thought he sounded like C-Bo and I find it funny that he got the G-Unit tattoo because there is a 90% chance his album never drops on G-Unit same as MOP & 40 Glocc

yea Spider sounds like a poor man´s C-Bo(and C-Bo´s not even great). i heard this mixtape and it would´ve been aight if Spider could actually flow but he can´t(his lyrics are ok). his flow is just so extremely weak that it´s laughable. i´d recommend peeps to DL this for the guests coz every single guest outshines Spider on it.

how can u rate such a horrible mixtape 4/5 ???? No , i aint exactly right , there are good beats , some guest appearences are tight ( not all ) , I gotta agree , but really Spider Loc cant rap . I dont talk bout the lyrics , just the way he raps ,his flow ( if he has one ) I cant even listen to a full song wid him man , str8 trash . Only opinion tho

Spider got a 4/5 because it's ONLY being compared to other mix-tapes. If you take it out of that context, then it obviously doesn't stack up. I gave DJ Muggs vs. GZA a 4/5 too, but does that mean it's as good? HELL NO! As far as the comparison to 40, Petey and Scarface, that means his voice only, NOT his lyrical content or style. Does that mean I think he's as good as them? HELL NO! Keep the feedback comin' though, good and bad. All is appreciated.

^well maybe y´all need 2 seperate ratings sytem then? like they have over at HHG, coz if y´all were gonna review Game´s 3 mixtapes goin at G-Unit y´all would have to give them 5/5 compared to this mixtape and their certainly not worth that.

I aint feeling Spider at all. I want to see a video of this supposed battle at the DMX video shoot because I dont see how this dude gave Game ANY trouble.

C-Bo used to be great though. Contributed some of the best music Northern Cali had to offer in the early to late 90s. Spider is just some dude that grabbed on to the right coat tails. He will never have his own name. he will always be "the dude from la that 50 signed" or the guy that sucker punched Yuk and snatched his chain and gave it back the next day" or "that guy that sounds kind of like C-Bo." You cant say Spider Loc without mentioning some other rapper's name. C-Bo is a California hall of famer.

^C-Bo´s never been a great lyricist IMO. he´s definently a Cali rap legend but that´s got more to do with him actually gettin down in the streets and doin the shit he´s rapping about. Bo definently got a gang of dope songs but i´ve never heard any mind blowing shit by him.

he definitely aint no square but that aint what made him a great rapper. his flow and the fact that he made songs that turf niggas could relate to and painted a vivid enough picture for the squares to fantasize about the lifestyle is what did that. But on the other hand, you got spider, who also aint no square, but cant rap, cant paint no picture and ive never heard anybody say they feel his shit. seriously the only people who say they like the shit is g unit fanboys.
