they actually came to india and performed at a club here...the only hiphop act to ever come here and perform...them  and mc hammer

Nice interview!
Piper always gives the impression of being a very humble & clever dude...reminds me of Crooked I's interviews.

Anyway, Flipsyde DOES make incredibly good music and they deserve even MORE attention by Hip-Hop fans. Sure, it's not 100% Hip-Hop (like Piper said: it's 'slash'...a mixture of Hip-Hop, latin, rock, etc...). It's just good music. That's what it comes down to.
