anybody know who this guy was? or if he was a tight rapper? i remember 2 pac and spice 1 were kool wit him because he got shout outs in there songs....

i think you mean that guy that´s signed to J Records or something that Dr.Dre signed on to executive produce his album? i haven´t heard the T.I. album yet so i don´t know but if it´s a singer/rapper you´re talkin about it´s more then likely The Governor i´m talkin about. he could be signed to Atlantic or some other major label i just forgot which one.
