1. Go 2 http://img57.imageshack.us/
2. browse for a pic you have saved on your computer and host it.
3. Take the code it gives you and go to you profile
4. click the link that says "Forum Profile Information"
5. Put in the code in the part that says signiture.

Do the same for avatar or just put in a direct link for an image from a website.
