Title: Common Sets His Sights In 2002

Common has been making news for more than one reason lately. First off, his highly anticipated upcoming album, Electric Circus, is in the final stages of recording. Mary J. Blige came in to record what is likely the final song for the album. Common will now choose which songs make the album, and put it together. A June release date is expected.

And on a more personal tip, Common will marry longtime friend and partner, R&B queen, Erykah Badu. The two have been together quite some time now but have kept their relationship quiet. There is no wedding date set.

Yeah! I've been waiting for this album for so long. Resurrection is one of my all time favourite albums and his other three albums (Can I Borrow a Dollar?, One Day It'll All Make Sense, and Like Water for Chocolate) are all classics too.
