Ok, check this out, me and Madchild were walking the mean streets of Vancouver today, and we came across a little tiny ghetto ass store called Beat Street Records. We wouldn't have found it at all but my dumbass tripped on tha sign. Lol, so we went inside and noticed that it was a new/used vinyl shop. I was lookin in the Hip Hop section and I came across these 3 records:
Dr. Dre feat. Snoop Doggy Dogg "Nuthin But A G Thang" 1992
SIDE A
1. Raido Mix
2. LP Version
3. Instrumental
SIDE B
1. Club Mix
2. Vibe Instrumental
3. Freestyle Remix
World Class Wreckin Cru "Turn Off The Lights" 1987
SIDE A
1. Turn Off The Lights
SIDE B
1. Turn Off The Lights (instrumental)
World Class Wreckin Cru "Rapped in Romance" 1986
SIDE A
1. Mission Impossible
2. He's Bionic
3. B.S.
4. Love Letter
SIDE B
5. The Fly
6. World Class Freak
7. Wreckin Cru Blues
8. Masters of Romance
Now as many of y'all can guess, these are any Dre fans dreams come true. I'm happier than a pig in shit righ now. All three only cost me $45.00 canadian, which is like $30.00 american.
-
wow, I'll give you 31 dollars for them :)
-
ill give u 32 dollars 4 them ;D
-
I'll give U 33 dollarz 4 them
-
Fugg that! I ain't sellin shit. These are way too rare to part with.
-
ok ok how bout 34 dollars 4 them come on think about it youll b makin 4 dollars more than wat u paid 4 them
-
Yeah but then I wont have them any more
-
;)
i have Turn out the lights, *sealed* btw... do you remember death row spouting off about them being the first to represent with chains around their necks... what are all the WCWC members wearing on the cover of turn out the lights? ;)
-
Yeah that's true they all got their Kru Kut Records Chains around their necks.
Oh btw, On the Thank-you's from Turn Off The Lights they thank Eazy-E, Arabian Prince, CIA, and NWA. Can someone explain this to me. Because Dre and Yella were in WCWC, Ice Cube was in CIA, so who the fuck was in NWA?????
-
ohh yeah.. my shits dated '87 - when did NWA & The Posse come out? (mines dated '89 - but straight outta compton is dated 1988) Eazy duz it came out in '88
-
hmmm.....interesting. Maybe NWA had already started workin on songs when Turn off the lights was made. And they gave thanks to NWA so people would be like "Who's That?" and start like a word of mouth thing goin on. but who knows?
-
I read somewhere a long time ago that WCWC never put out an album. That is obviously not true, because I have one. So does anyone know what album "Cabbage Patch" was on, or when it was made?
-
actually sugafoot i found tha two WCWC vinyls but my broke ass couldnt afford them so i gave them to you.

The original version of "NWA and The Posse" was released in 1987, and than it was re-released on Priority in 1989 so they changed the Copywrite date to '89...
-
