what beat is that???

100 Bars And Runnin by the Game ?

I think its Sunshine by Jay-Z , but im not too sure cos i dont kno if i got the right beat in my mind.

It's not the Jay-Z Sunshine Instrumental but whatever beat it is, it uses the same sample as Sunshine which is Hearsay by Alexander Oneal. It may even be just a loop from the original that they made specifically for this 100 bars and runnin track.

there was another song with that beat... a while back...

i still cant remember how it went exactly...

but, yeah, same beat as sunshine, just sped up a little..
