Title: overseer, about uploading to the forum

why can we upload files to the forum so ppl can download from the forum to... like some forums do...
think about it and then lemme know

Too Much bandwidth.... overseer pays for the amount of transfers here... it would kill his pocket

plus the board doesnt support it.

what purpose would this serve?
