i was wondering if u could recomend some laid back stoner type of music.
i already got a gang of rap so i was realy more interested in other shit like regae, classic rock, etc.
-
well bob marley is def a popular choice, some of my fav songs, "no woman no cry, could you be loved, jammin, etc." (a greatest hits album would be dope)
led zeppelin, i love their shit when im high (and wen im not also), but some laid back by them, "since ive been loving you, no quater, dazed and confused,"
doors, "the end"!!!!, crystal ship, riders on the storm, and a looot more.
pink floyd, id listen to "the dark side of the moon", when breathe/speak to me comes on, you just get goosebumps like crazzzy
sublime, ultimate mix of rock & reggae, very chill get "santeria, legalize it, what i got, summertime, etc"
bob dylan - mr. tambourine man.
-
Thievery Corporation - it's kinda like really slowed down world instrumental hip hop, thats laid back and pretty trippy at the same time.
i hope all the high ppl drop in here lol w/ their long ass reviews

u should check out some trip hop
- sneaker pimps, portishead, massive attack, air, goldfrapp
check out Mars Volta and De Facto, they're the same band members - mars volta is some crazy experimental rock, de facto is kinda dub reggae. If u like reggae u should check out Easy All-Stars - Dub Side of The Moon (It's a reggae remix of DSOTM by Pink Floyd).
SOme other shit that will trip you out is Aphex Twin or Squarepusher, maybe Bjork's shit off "Medulla"
If u wanna chill out to some ethereal music, listen to Sigur Ros "Agaetis Byrjun" CD, it's fucking tight
If u wanna chill out to some folk-type shit, listen to Devendra Banhart, Iron & Wine, or CocoRosie
Other recommendations: The Doors - always a good choice. Jefferson Airplane, Santana's "Abraxas" album, and DEFINITELY Mr. Bungle's "California" album, but it's not that chill, its actually a trip.
HOpe this helped 8)
