make sure they got a return policy, i bought a hdd off ebay before which was DOA, but they accepted my return so it was all good, others may not. computer components have come down loads lately you can now get a new OEM 300gig hdd off ebuyer for around £65 Inc. VAT

that sucks. didn't the same thing happen to Juelz Santana, he lost all his songs, but paid thousands of dollars and eventually got most of them back

as its new it will still have the manufacturers warrenty which is usually for a 1 yr so u'll be ok even if he don't accept returns. seems like a good price for a retail version, cos DOA items are fairly common on hdds. I always opt for OEM cos they are cheaper normally you pay a premium for having the proper box and instructions even though the product is exactly the same.

-
cs was on my good hdd, but i had to wipe it to get windows installed :((
dont worry tho, ill have it by the weekend
-
