This news is official or not?
-
It's official. I talked to Shelly from Priority and she said There will be another Snoop album from Priority. She also said that he is still under contract with Priority. When I asked her if he is trying to fullfill his contract, she did not answer, but my best guess is that he is just going to drop an album for priority and end all relations with them. Ja Rule and Timbaland and Dr. Dre are all going to do work on the album. There is no title for the album and she said this will definetly be a new SNOOP album and not a collaboration or compilation album. So yes, it's official.

What? What happened to "This is the last time these muthafuckers gonna eat off me." He wasn't talking about No Limit, he was talking about Priority. Was Snoop wrong, or did Master P fuck up?
-
After Tha Last Meal, Snoop still owed Priority two more albums... so he came out with Bones which counted as one... so he still owes them one more. Priority insists its a Snoop album, but I saw a post at another board from someone who said it's probably the soundtrack to "Crime Partners" a movie both Ja Rule and Snoop are starring in. When I brought this up to Priority they said it was not and it was a Snoop album, however I believe its a soundtrack to "Crime Partners" even though Priority didn't speak it.

Alright... check it out... this is from a news report on Snoop's upcoming movie "Crime Partners" ... now I'm almost 100% positive this album is going to be the soundtrack to the movie
Snoop Dogg and Murder Inc. head Irv Gotti have committed to working on the soundtrack. The screenplay was written by Kenneth "Supreme" McGriff and Derrick "Ice" Predgen. Clifton Powell also appears in the project. The movie is being shopped to potential distributors.

Tite news homie.
-
Ah, so Snoop was done with Priority for solo albums, and was planning on burning up the final two with soundtracks. I hadn't heard that. I thought he was all done with them a long time ago.
-
...the soundtrack for the movie CRIME PARTNERS will be out for MURDER INC. records...not priority.
The "priority album" will be out this summer, and the "mca album" this fall.....2 albums in 1 year...tight!
Is strange 'cause on 1/19/2002/ :Snoop Dogg is set to begin work on his MCA Records debut. The untitled set is tentatively scheduled for a fall release and will include the production of Dr. Dre, Scott Storch, Battlecat, Alchemist, Jellyroll, Fredwreck, Timbaland, and Alchemist. Some of the planned guests for the set include Eminem, Bad Azz, Xzibit, Daz, and Tha Eastsidaz.
And now what???? ::) ::)
-
..maybe with ja rule snoop hopes to have more exposure on the east coast.
-
Remember we were all confused before, when we originally thought Snoop was 95% done with his album, then on 1/19 it said that he's about ready to start work on his debut? Maybe the one he was done with is his Priority record. Or it's the Ja Rule thing.

who knows ? ? ? ::) ::) ::) ::)
