Title: Eminem new album:April is official
Post by: Crenshaw_blvd on February 05, 2002, 08:08:43 AM: "Controversial, multi-platinum rapper Eminem has recorded more than half of his forthcoming album, The Eminem Show, according to a spokesperson for the Detroit-bred artist. The album, which will include production from Eminem and Dr. Dre, is scheduled to be released in April.

The song "Cleaning Out My Closet" is featured on the trailer for the Eminem film, 8 Mile, which is directed by Curtis Hanson.

Eminem will also appear on the 8 Mile soundtrack, which will be released via his label, Shady Records. The rapper completed filming 8 Mile last month. The movie loosely based on Eminem's life includes appearances by Kim Basinger, Mekhi Phifer, D12, and Xzibit.

Eminem's last album, The Marshall Mathers LP, released in 2000, has been certified eight-times platinum. Eminem has sold more than 17 million albums worldwide to date."

Actually "Cleaning Out My Closet" is the song where he says "I'm Sorry Momma"
