Like his musical influence Prince, you just can’t seem to put his music into a box. Is it R&B, is it Neo-Soul or is it Pop? Van Hunt is an artist that has been able to fuse all 3 sounds into 14 tracks of musical staccatos. Not wanting to be labeled a Neo-Soul artist Hunt feels, that genre does not encompass his unique sound.
