Im moving out of my moms house...Its not my first time moving out...I used to live on my own...then due to some budget problems i moved back about 6 months ago...my budget is still not fully back to what it should be but my buddy asked me to move into his house with him and one other dude...its only 200 a month + utils...and its a bad ass house (and always full of beautiful women ;D )
Anyways...i'm scared shitless because its pretty far away from where i grew up...i've never lived anywhere other than the area im in...now im moving about an hour/hour and a half south...doesnt seem like a real long way...but its completely different...i dont know the area at all...im going to have to commute between here and there for work for a few weeks...im scared outta my mind
so heres a question....give me some really good ways to cut down on my budget and spend less money (especially ways to use less gas)

Well I can tell you one thing: If you're scared about living 1.5 hours away from your current home, you're probably gonna be real tempted to drive back all the fucking time. Don't do that. It'll only make you not get used to your new place, but you'll spend a shit load in gas. Also, you shouldn't be scared to go somewhere you've never been. I've lived all over in the states, and I think it's exciting to go somewhere new. Just look at it like an adventure.

haha...thanks jome thats good advice...
i think it'll be a good adventure...especially because its a brand new start really...its a new area...new girls (it sounds weird to say this but i've dated like...everyone around here...not literally everyone...but no girls around here interest me really anymore). I am living with my best friend who is the lead singer of a band that is getting pretty well known. So it will help my music career and he will be able to help me with my guitar playing. I'll be able to party anytime i want...oh...and the house is DIRECTLY next door to a bar

just give up some of your luxuries. you know the lil stuff like...food, water, electricity. you'll save money in no time!
-
Just make sure you go to church every day. You'll make enough friends :raisetheroof:
But on the real... good luck :)

DONT GET A GIRLFRIEND!!!!
If you have any lady friends who you think you might spend money on, kick them bitches to the curb unless they are going to be helping you pay the rent
Buy your food from the 99 cents store
and um, thats all i can think of at the moment

haha...thanks jome thats good advice...
No problem. And it's Jrome, not Jome ;)

Here's some Meal ideas:
Top Ramen, Tobasco and Eggs
Sardines and Saltines
Tunafish and Crackers

So i decided im actually not gonna move yet...i wanna get completely out of debt first (medical bills are a bitch)....but i am still gonna use some of these money saving ideas to hopefully pay off my bills faster

Like people have been suggesting, it's all about the food. It is real easy to save money on food. Also buy bulck. Don't fuck with the hoes. Try walking places instead of driving everywhere (healthy too ;)). Try to limit the times you go out (do like a "weekends only" thing, or whatever your lifestyle calls for). That's all I can think of for now. Puyallup is in Washington, right?

yeah its in washington
