I aint seen this many dr. dre threads at one time since fifty cent came out...
I respect dudes work as much as the next guy but goddamn man!

I've lived in cali my whole life, I love the westcoast, everything about it, especially the music. As you stated before, "you are free to like what you like", just because you think its dope, doesn't mean everybody thinks its dope.
The rap game is saturated with shitty ass rappers. I wish that classic albums were dropping left and right. I don't enjoy the fact that there is so much shitty music being dropped lately, I hate it. I am no where near exactly whats wrong with hip hop. I'm here for quality music, unlike the fuckin people who just listen to anything and support everything, which includes garbage. If you are happy with getting mediocre album after mediocre album, then fine, be a happy man. I'm not out for mediocre, I want a damn good cd that can be played front to back without skipping a track, and won't be boring after 2-3 listens.

were seeing alot more quality hip hop coming out the west and the lables are starting to come around and give more support to these artists and were staring to breakout of the stereotypes that they try to lable wc artists with...thats a key part to getting quality music to the masses...

i dunno wtf's goin on.. people from over there always seem to be trying to instigate a beef..
despite the venom towards this place and dubcnn often posted over there you wont find that shit over here coz it really aint like that from here.. we barely got enough spare time to get this up in a timely fashion.. let alone expending energy on BS.
wc rydaz is one of the only other sites that do things like dubcnn in that they post up audio/video etc.. MANY other sites are still bullshitting they asses off and posting fake interviews etc etc.. even well respected "large" media organisations have clearly jacked information from articles and interviews from independent rap news sites like us.. helll even posts on this very forum have ended up as 'news' in respected news organisations without a shred of credit.
..these days if it aint on tape it aint legit.. thats it. props to any one doing shit right.

Damn they still make that type of music???! I used to love that I remember listening to it waaay back in '86-'87, only group I can remember now is Trouble Funk though...
I'm really interested in hearing some new stuff got any suggestions which albums/artists I should check out (preferably Go Go compilation albums if such a thing excists)?
