FUBU suing Universal
(http://www1.fubu.com/fubulogo2.gif)
FUBU is suing Universal Studios for 100 million dollars for insulting their name in the "How High" movie which features Method/Redman.
The characters that they play promote a clothing line called BUFU. The owners of FUBU are charging trademark infringement, and they say the film "portrays continual and obsessive illegal drug use, and... promotes the offensive fallacy that African-Americans... empowered by illegal drug use." Ironically, FUBU recently signed a distribution deal with Universal for their label FUBU Records.

Think about all the mothafuckers McDonald's have sued, and won. I bet they aint copyrighted "McRonald's", McKinzeys, Mc-a-burger or shit like that.
