The Biz Markie has had his new album "Weekend Warrior" delayed. Groove Attack Records want to release a couple of 12" releases before blessing us with the album. According to our source, the album will feature production from the likes of DJ Premier and DJ Hi-Tek as well as some lesser known producers. The big news is that the Biz Markie is hoping to hook up with Snoop Dogg for the new album also, but seeing that Snoop's schedule is so busy at the moment, I would be pretty surprised if this get's pulled off. Watch out for "Weekend Warrior" to surface sometime around May.

It would be dope if Snoop and the Biz worked together, especially since Snoop covered his hit "Vapours". It would be quitre the pairing.......tight news man, thanx.

Hi-Tek is dope as a Snoop or Eastsidaz-producer. Biz Markie used to be cool, but I ain't heard of him in a while.
