Title: Jay-Z To Perform Show Commemorating 10th Anniversary of Reasonable Doubt
Post by: Damien J. on June 08, 2006, 08:48:36 PM
"One man, one night, one album," the show is billed.

Jay-Z has announced a concert commemorating the release of his landmark debut album, Reasonable Doubt, to take place at New York's Radio City Music Hall on June 25 — 10 years to the day after the albums' release.

Hova says he'll perform the entire album, possibly in the order the tracks appear on the LP. "Just maybe, I don't want to put myself in a box," he said when announcing the concert on New York radio station Hot 97 Thursday (June 8) afternoon.

Jay was gonna sell the name (Roc-A-Fella) back to you?

Damon Dash: If we gave him the masters for Reasonable Doubt, he’d let us keep Roc-A-Fella. At first I was like, Aight. But Biggs was like, “Nah. That’s not right.” You gotta call it the way you see it. I’m not gonna judge it.

So if some1 owns your masters they collect all the profits ?? ??
