no way is america 5th, i bet they just trying to tap into into the american market by making out their team is one of the best. the 3 nill loss to the czechs proves this

the Rankings don't mean nothin when you enter the tournament.
Last time I checked Italy were 12th.. that would mean there the 3rd best side in their group.

the rankings are based up the qualifiying campaign for their region.


the new rankings calculatiing system will be announced at the end of the world up, and an update done on 12th july.



the world cup seeding may be a better indicator.

brazil = 1
england = 2

well its based on the performance's going back as far as france 98.. how many squads still have players from 8 years ago?
