Title: The best of Brazil's "magic four"
Post by: On The Edge of Insanity on June 19, 2006, 11:52:29 AM
For me is definitely Kaka. Ronaldinho may get all the praise, but he's been largely anonymous so far, whereas Kaka just makes everything looks so easy and is able to run the play more effectively.

Adriano the monsta

Kaka and Adriano are my fav player but right now Kaka is playing way better. Adriano played better the 2nd game, he especially works great with Robinho. If he gets his feeling back he can easily be the 1st scorer like he was on the Confederations cup. He becomes unstopable.

Cant really compare the 4 as 2 are center forwards and 2 are attacking midfielders. My favourite of the 4 is Adriano, i rate him the best striker on the planet. Kaka is having a good WC based on the opening 2 games, but Ronaldinho can contribute the most altho he doesnt seem to be playing the role he thrives on most and plays at Barce. He;s been happy to just knock the ball about and hasnt really been attacking and running at players as we;d expect- maybe thats the instruction he;s under from carlos alberto for the early stages of the tournament? cant understand that tho :/. As for Ronaldo, i still see him as a quality forward but he;s had his time at the top.

Just to clarify that I also rate Kaka above Ronaldinho anyway, not just based on his performances in the World Cup, although they have proved to me what I though I already knew.

Kakà is the one i'd love to see in my team. Even if Ronaldinho is more spectacular and maybe overall more complete, i'd go with Kakà.

indeed, it's just the defenders are focussing so much on ronaldinho, kaka is given more space/time. therefor he get the chance to be the better player.

Ronaldinho doesn't have as much end product to be considered the best out of the 4.

He has all the tricks n flicks but is that really enough?

Exactly, thats what I'm saying. Ronaldinho might be the most exciting to watch, but its Kaka who provides all of the end product, through balls, goals, etc.

No way. Thats Christiano Ronaldo. Ronalinho has proven at Barca (and Brazl too) mayn times why he is one of the best.

Yeah he aint doing shit right now, he did he a long season though. Plus once the group stages end well see the real deal.
