I'm just glad this leaked as being a mixtape cut. With stuff like this on his album, this would have been an all time low for Nas.

exactly...and honestly he made that beat sound good...anyone else it would've been a shitty beat...but nas sounded perfect over it

Nas may be the only rapper that sounds good over mediocre production. Any other rapper and this song would have sucked.

Post by: LyRiCaL_G on June 21, 2006, 11:52:52 AM: by the way to those who say nas got wack chioce in beats dont know what they talking about, granted jigga got a better ear for beats......but stillmatic is a great example of how great nas's ear can be, he took raw hiphop beats on that album....not no regular generic beat or wannabe aftermath sound beat, but kept a raw hiphop sound on that album and most those tracks on that from production to everything else, get a 5/5 on that......he just isnt always consistant in his decision making........
