210k first week......not bad at all for a vet.......first time in his career to hit the number one spot.....not numbers to split the rap game in half, but still nice 1st week numbers, props
-
Thats kinda dissapoint especially becuase the album is really dope. But all those push backs, wierd choice of the 2nd single and the fact that Busta aint a new cat like 50 or Game makes this numbers realistic.
-
Has to release the song with Missy if he wants to go platinum...
-
yeah that track is a tailor made single. big mistake by using i love my bitch for the album drop, they need something big for the next one...
-
they r really good busta numbers
his last album sold 65k first week
busta goes platinum but he never has a huge opening week
-
that shit is a flop especially for aftermath Yayo's album had a better first week
-
wait man, busta can stay longer at the top of the charts because he has better stuff on his cd dans tony gayo
-
Where are the rest of the soundscan numbers? Is there a site where I can watch them?
-
But yeah it's first time hitting #1 on Billboard so Congrats to Busta for that!!
-
agree with the cat who said the missy joint should be released, aftermath need to work on their single choices, game could have sold 4 milllion in the states along if he was done correct.....why wait so long for dre james if you aint never gone release that shit......
should have been touch it/get you some....video street single....kinda like a 50/50 thing
missy joint number 2
been through the storm next
and finally
dont get carried away with nas or legends of the fall off as the last joint
-
^^
I don't think Legend of the fall offs would work as a single. It's too off-mainstream, and I can't really think of a good video to go with that.
That said though, I agree with the rest - single choices haven't been the best. Missy joint would've probably worked out better. But it's still great for Bus to get the #1 spot. More power to him.
Sales - kind of a double edged sword. On the other hand Busta (and Dre & Jimmy) is rich enough, but it could also mean that Busta has to go label shopping. Seeing as how the album was a solid product I'd hate for that to happen.

Damn 1st I didn't believed that, but since more pple here confirme it I trust this...
Well, he deserves to be nr 1, the album is great, I am still bumpin it
-
Good for Busta. Never was a big fan of his, but the album was decent.

Cube went down to #10 with 64,000 sold. That means he's sold just over 200,000 so far...hopefully, he can reach Gold.
