Some of u know im doing this report on the evolution of hip hop, i just wanna ask what u guys consider milestones. I've already got some as NWA, 2Pac, Kool Herc, Vanilla Ice (sorry but he did make an impact as far as taking Hip Hop to pop), africa baambaata, East vs. west. Anyone got some good ideas??

Plus just 2 suggestions for the East vs West:
- The video of "New York, New York"
- The Death Row camp in New York (i think it was The Source Music Award if i remember well), dissing NY rappers. Check Welcome to Death Row DVD for more infos. I think it was 1995. Classic. With Suge & Danny Boy on the mic. And Snoop Dogg screaming "You dont love us? You in New York dont love us?" or something like that. Classic shit.

For the East Vs. West you could talk about the "Hit Em' Up" video/song & how much impact that had on that whole situation.
