Uhmmm.....welcome to the forum.
But I don't think you're seeing things straight.....LOL.
-
I really can give two shits about what label he's on or who he sold out. I don't know none of them personally so it ain't affecting me but as long as they keep making dope music then I'll always be buying them records.
-
I'm feelin what WCV said. He may have sold out, so what. It doesn't concern me anyways. As long as he quits that "fuck a bitch" crap then I'll be out to cop it just like I have all his other LP's.
-
I'm not gonna deprive myself of Kurupt's next album on Death Row, Kurupt was and can still be one of the best west coast rappers about. Death Row can undo the damage Space Boogie did.
Maybe Death Row can inspire him.
I'm not a Death Row fan but if they release a good album I'll buy it.
-
I will steal the next kurupt's album, cuz i don't wanna give a cent to that label.
-
i havent got a problem what label he is on. i havent got personal beef with Death Row. most of you just seem to hate on them cause Dre and Snoop do. i ain't a death row fan and i support dre/snoop in that beef but fuck, death row has never shit to me.
also i dont get why every one is taking Kurupt leaving DGP and his homies so hard.
suge knight took Dre away from Eazy-E and NWA but no one seems to mind or remember.
Dre went to Suge for money.
Kurupt went to Suge for money.
None of ya are hating on Dre cause he made NWA split up for money.
-
ill buy that record no matter what. i was pissed off when i heard about kurupt signin to tha row but now, i dont care anymore. like the vet said, i dont know any of them personally so i could give two shits about that. the thing im worried about is the dpg breakin up.
-
I'm still planning on giving the album a listen. If Kurupt starts to diss the DPG, Snoop, Dre, or anyone else like EVERY Row MC does, then I will think twice about buying anything else. I want to like Tha Row, but I get real tired real fast hearing these unknowns dissing old Row inmates. It is just retarded.
-
i will definatly burn the album and bang it but i will never spend my money on a row product
-
I'll buy that shiznit.
-
If Kurupt starts to diss the DPG, Snoop, Dre, or anyone else like EVERY Row MC does,
Not true, most of the new inmates (like Crook) never dissed the DPG
-
as long as itz good.. i'd buy it..
-
I'd buy it, as long as beats & lyrics are top notch... I really don't give a fuck about which record label puts out Kurupts shit, just as long as it gets released
BTW isn't it a bit narrow minded not to pick up an album, depending your pick on which label it gets released from
-

i heard crooked i dissed daz, i would still buy kurupts album, fuck what label its on
-
fukit, id buy that shit tha day itz released. i mean, true switchin ova was a bitch move, unless he got sum sorta beef who knowz. but at least he stayed onna westcoast label. i woulda hated to see him switch ova tah def jam or sum bullshit like that. i think tha album will prolly be tight denna muhafucka. itll be wierd to think of him on tha row, but tha album will still be tight. only thing ima not like, iz not seein daz n snoop n eastsidaz on tha shit. but hey, maybe he'll team up wit Jayo sum...thatd be off tha chain.
-
If its tight i'll cop it...
-
Kurupt disses Dre/Snoop/Em etc.= I aint gonna cop it
Kurupt get's ressurected on thaRow = I'm gonna cop it
Kurupt-album with only thaRow-artists & producers = I'll give the album a chance, but as a download.
I'm definetly gonna give it a listen, but I don't have high expectations for this 'un. But Kurupt gotta give me a very good reason to put money in Suge's pocket.
-
without Dre and Fredwreck , not me
-
u know all yall r gonna get that shit, well...at least yur gonna wanna hear it. even if itz nuthin more then curiosity about how itz gonna go down.
-
damn....i think a lot of motherfuckers are TOO obsessed with dre and snoop.....you act like you really know them....fucking stans..lmao so all of a sudden its "fuck kurupt this and that" cuz he sign with tha row???? come on man thats his life and his business not yours.....and to say youre not gonna buy his shit is too fucking ignorant and bullshit....so i guess dre and snoop are the good guys while suge and kurupt are the bad guys.... ::) shut the fuck up
-
^^I do agree that it seems like some people take a business decision by someone they don't know to personal. I like Kurupt, and I'm gonna buy his DR album no matter what. However, I do like Dre, Snoop, Daz, and if his whole album is filled with disses to them, I will not want to continue buying Kurupt's music. I say power to Kurupt on his move. I just hope he doesn't burn any bridges with his old crew in case suge fucks him over again.
-
if he raps like he did on streetz iz a mutha and dogg food yeah
but if he raps "gangsta walk"and "gangsta talk" and "bitch" and "switch"
nope
-
BTW isn't it a bit narrow minded not to pick up an album, depending your pick on which label it gets released from
word player.
-
i'll probably get it, if its tyte. and it looks like its gonna be tyte. the only deathrow (tha row) releases i aint gettin is eastwood & n.i.n.a. (left eye)
-
I'd buy it, as long as beats & lyrics are top notch... I really don't give a fuck about which record label puts out Kurupts shit, just as long as it gets released

Fa'real...
-
ima buy that shit. i dont give a fuck what label hes on. even if he disses his homeboys as long as his shit is tite then ima buy it.
-
whetha he went behind all his friendz or not doesn't make him any less of an artist to me.....so if the new album sounded dope enough then yes i would buy it...but if it sounded shit with no guest appearances from peeps outside tha row family then no i wouldn't....so it really dependz on the quality of tha new album....
-
I would, If its some tight music then yeah, Kurupt is one of my favorite MCs, if he doesn't diss anyone and drops some tight music then yeah I would 4 sure
-
I'm gonna buy it. Even if he disses Snoop & the rest of the DPG (which I doubt), I'm still gonna buy it. I don't give a fuck who he disses. I don't know them personally so it don't effect me.
-
Not true, most of the new inmates (like Crook) never dissed the DPG
"You say you RAW, but NAH.. I aint feelin ya!!"
Big Jay, I beg to differ!.. this quote came from Crooked I's - Untouchable promo.

I am supporting ALL Westcoast releases including DR releases. We can't be too selective cuz without universal support, the West may never rise again.
It's like this, Kurupt is your typical Westcoast playa tryin to make cash (I dont agree with this move, but its a playa, move thats all about money.) Suge on the other (and other exec's in his position) make's up the game. It's the exec's that make the rules. Basically "Don't hate the playa, HATE THE GAME!!!! Ya'll know the rules!" Me personally, I'm looking forward to this album. DR, Antra, who ever, I'm excited about Kurupt comin out hard, taking chances, stirring up the music industry. Its all good for the WEST!

I'll buy it if he doesn't diss DPG... and if he stops that "fuck a bitch" shit and if he doesn't do another collabo with Natina Reed...

"Fuck a bitch/Hittin some switches bouncin over ditches"
Yeah, I don't dig that too much either.
-
