Title: 50 Cent, LL Cool J Team Up To Prove NYC Reigns Supreme On Todd Smith Sequel
Post by: Damien J. on July 02, 2006, 08:59:18 PM
Two of New York's finest MCs are joining forces for an album.

LL Cool J recently revealed that 50 Cent will executive-produce his next LP, Todd Smith, Part 2: Back to Cool, which is due in the fall.

"It's my last Def Jam record so I wanted to make it something special and something really unique and kinda get back to my roots a little bit," LL said. His debut album, 1985's Radio, was the label's first-ever full-length release. "50 reminds me a lot of the things that I used to do and the places I used to be in my life, and I think we can have a good time together.

Even though I am against 50 and G-Unot, I think the collabo will be good.  50 can't make good hip hop but he can make decent music and Freeze would've been the best song on the LL album.  I think it will be worth a listen.   :)

I'd be interested to hear this. Neither rapper is anywhere near as good as they used to be, but maybe they could bring the best out of each other?....

I can imagine the videos and 50 cameos... There's gonna be too much body oil on screen for any straight male to handle.
