ex-player of Milan and Italy.

He coached Serie A side Livorno for the first-half of the last season.

He seems talented but without much experience. With the lack of options, I can't say I am too suprised, but at the same time, not too pleased either.

Wasnt Zacheroni aslo a candidate ? I dont like his style but I expected him to win...

He was, but like you said; I don't like his style.

Ideally, I would liked to of seen Cesare Prandelli of Fiorentina take over, but that was always unlikely with his contractual agreement with Fiorentina.

His Livorno team was 5th in Serie A while ha was a coach. He's great, and his teams plays very offensive soccer. I like him.
I wanted him to coach Juventus tho. :-\
