I think people is gettin it confused with this sentence. I'll try to clear it up.
Sticky Fingaz did not make a version of "Looking at you", but a whole different song with the same beat. So there are two different songs:
1. By Sticky Fingaz, the same beat but with a couple effects that make it doper, I agree. Sticky sucks.
2. By Warren feat. Latoiya (aka Toi) - from ROTR, that in one point featured Dre but was taken out.
I don't think the version with Dre has ever left the vault.

Here's the Sticky Fingaz track
Sticky Fingaz Feat. Dr.Dre - Feel It (similar beat to Warren G's - Lookn at you)
However this version has Dj Whoo Kid shouting all over it, I coulnd't find a better version. If someone has a better version, hook it up??!

Same as Jome, I dont think the Dre rapping on "Lookn at you (original)" version , has been leaked.
The only version of Looking At You, thats you may want to complete your collection, is a lil *official* freestyle Warren G did over the same beat on a Dj Rectangle (was Warren G's DJ,don't know about now) album.

you're goin to have to break into the vaults if you want that version, since it hasn't been released
-
i like sticky, but warren has the better version still imo...that beat is 100% meant for g-funk you have to admit.
that really sucks the dre version never left the vault though

The Sticky Fingaz version is the original, Dre originally made it as a last minute addition to his album, but I believe they didn't finish it in time. They never released that version, it only leaked...Then Dre re-did the beat for Warren G. They're both good in different ways...PeACe
