i'll sort out a proper IP->DNS thingy  (so it'd be something like http://wccradio.my.com:8000) coz my IP changes everytime i come online.

If your winamp is configured properly you can just paste the link into IE, it will show a page with details of the server and you can click on the button to listen which will load Winamp for you.
