Must have had some problem clearing the track maybe they sampled something and couldnt get the clearance from the original composer

Snoop is the executive producer so he has the last say as to what tracks make the album. So if you want to "blame" somebody, blame him. Anyway, yeah this track is tight. It's funny, half this forum was ready to pick tombstones for Daz and Kurupt a few weeks ago and now all of a sudden they are dope again

If that was the case then it wouldn't be featured on 'The Source Presents The Fat Tape Volume 1.' There's always the possibility that this song was recorded after the album was mastered. Either way, it doesn't matter now. At least the track leaked.
