Spooky, but I'm not sure that it's Pac though.
Also it can be from some earlier Pac-work, that sentence could fit in on different scenarios, i.e. just before the release of one of his albums, or as part of a diss towards somebody.

It's the end of "UNTOUCHABLE", with Lisa Lopez.

It's just an interview added to the track, at the end. Plus.. he said it a lot of times, cause he was shot 5 times and he went to jail. He called the Death Row time his "resurrection", cause he was like dead. And he talked about revenge, cause he was mad.

It's not really an alive theory, if that's what u are talking about.. It's just a dope clip to add in a track. That's all.
