After listening to part 3 of the Snoop interview tonight, Im actually excited for this, he said it will be straight gangsta on this album, so we will see if he holds up to it
-

I don't think these are confirmed. He said "on my new album" then went out of his way to talk about how he's got tons of songs and he has to figure out which one's he's going to use... Nima asked him about that because he kept saying "on my new album" "on my new album". Yall of course all know before Snoop drops an album he releases about 50 tracks, "Paid the Cost" had about 20 tracks that leaked and didn't make the album or something, didn't it?

I hope you are right MoSav

I really hope he don't have Brandy, Janet Jackson, R Kelly and other R&B singers on there.. I just don't want to hear that kind of music from him this time. I'm hoping for some bangers.
-
lol I honestly hope tracks like "My Peoples" arent on there, thats album filler at best, meaning it'll just drag the overall consistency down, plus thats a lyrically weak track and not a good way to kick off snoop's "reunion" of his old flow/lyrics, right?
-
all it needs is to be consistent
no gangsta track, then a love track, then a crunk track, then a club track
he needs to stick to a certain feel and make it relevant... I've noticed too many albums trying to mix all that bullshit in together

^^ Co-sign, snoop experiments too much and tries to make an album "for everyone" when you cant please everyone. As seen on the "Cali Iz Active" album.
