love prince , one of my favorite artists of all time

but i never got the line "if i gave you diamonds or pearls , would you be a happy boy or a girl"  marinate on that line

I dig some of prince's stuff. Only thing is i cant watch his videos . They remind me of how fruity dude realy is. Plus i dont like all that " im i straight or gay" from contraversy and all tha gay inuendos. Is he gay i dont know, i think he probably uses that to create contraversy or he did back in the days. Bottom line is he has some funky ass tracks and soem good ballads.
