Title: O.J. says 2Pac helped him through tough times

O.J. Simpson says hip-hop music -- and 2Pac in particular -- helped him deal with life after his murder trial. Simpson was hosting a hip-hop concert Sunday night and spoke to the audience before the event, which was canceled early Monday after only 100 people showed up. Simpson said he became interested in hip-hop after listening to 2Pac's music. "He was singing about having these crazy things happening around him, and I could relate to that," Simpson said. Simpson was acquitted of the 1994 murders of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman, in Los Angeles. He moved to Florida from California after a civil court ordered him to pay $33.5 million in a wrongful death lawsuit.

I thought he would have more interest in Eminem's songs like "Kim" and "Just the Two of Us" in particular :)

Maybe even Cube and Dre's "Natural Born Killaz"

Yeah, it's really funny that coward spent his marriage beating his wife, then killed her and someone brave enough to try and stop him.
FUCK that coward and anyone who thinks it's funny.

Whoa chill bro. I'm not quite sure a ol ass gimp like OJ could kill a woman and a healthy young man by himself anyways. Think about it.

Did I say he didn't have a part in it? Didn't think so. I'm just sayin' if he did it he woulda needed some help since he has a bad leg but no one has found anyone who woulda helped him.

People gettin' all emotional over nuthin, I'm just bringing up an alternative view.

Well it shouldn't be of any importance to you unless you knew Nicole Brown or Ron Goldman. Since I highly doubt you did, take a nap and come back when your less cranky or somethin'.

You guys are fools. Did you even study or read into the case. Though OJ was involved, I believe his son was the one who commited it, OJ just helped him clean it up.

I have watched documentarys & read up on this case & I have come to the conclussion that it was his son who commited the murder, notified OJ, OJ being a protective father tried to help him clean the mess.

Please research before making such comments. The Cops fixed up alot of evidence too & it has been provin that the main officers & detectives involved were racist towards African Americans.

I'm Australian, this isnt a black or white thing, its the truth.

I'm not sayin OJ beating his wife wasnt wrong or helping to cover up the murders wasnt wrong, but he did not commit the crime he was charged with, & may I add those charge's came back with a not guilty

Alright, I didn't want to keep this thread going, but I want to respond to a few things.
1) Sikotic - you're keeping it civil, so I will too. But do you really think only someone personally familiar with them (Brown/Goldman) should feel anger about it. You know, men that beat women make my blood boil. And don't forget, he virtually cut her head right off.......the mother of his children, the children he now has care of.
2)"slickkafella" - you're fucking brave behind your keyboard, say what you want to ME - leave my family out of it, punk.
3)Now I don't want to fall out with the whole damn forum .....LOL, but........
"Syxx" - before you start calling people "fools", and suggesting we "do some research"...........I'll keep this short.
If, after all your "research" you want to believe the son did it -fine. Obviously you are an expert and no-one else should comment unless they have read the same books and seen the same (dubious) documentary(s) as you.
"please research before making such comments".......LMAO, what can I say?

i half mixed feelings about the OJ case

yes he could've done it, theres alot of true blue evidence that support the fact he did it....but there wasn't enough to send him to jail, becuase in a murder case (where if convicted you either get the death penalty or life) they have to prove you did it beyond a shadow of a doubt (obviously they don't always do that, but 1.this sht was broadcasted every day and all of america was there to see and 2. they knew damn well [whether he did it or not] black people were going to riot)

But theres some other evidence that suggest it was some one else

i don't know if he did it or not

but if he had anything to do with it , he most likely hired some one else to do it

First off I want to know when I condoned men beaing women? O.J. is a cowardly asshole for beating on a woman, no doubt. As for your other comment, If there was really 100% proof that O.J. did kill the mother of his children then I seriously doubt he would have the freedoms he has today. Don't forget that the jury were not influenced by the biast media who would blow shit out of proportion to make good T.V., unlike you and I.

Damn....just when I thought this thread was finished......
Sikotic - I wasn't suggesting AT ALL that you "condoned men beating women". I was just responding to your comment that as I didn't know either victim, what was I angry about.
As for your second point, there wasn't 100% proof, agreed.
But the jury didn't get certain evidence presented, due to  poor prosecution, a weak judge, and had "bias" enough of their own.
Anyway, we could argue this for ever.
I, obviously, can't "prove" it........all I'll say is you look at his history - the beatings, the stalkings, the death threats, it doesn't take a stretch of imagination to believe he did it.
