On August 10th DJ Skee took The Game & Juice [new BlackWallStreet signee] onto DJ Reflex's show on Power 106 to discuss the recent mixtape release "Black Wall Street Journal Volume 1," the new single "One Blood (It's Okay)" and more.
During the show The Game confirmed his release date for "The Doctor's Advocate" as November 7th, introduced Arizona native Juice to the masses with his new Kanye West produced single called "We Rollin." The Game also explains how he uses MySpace to interact with his fans.
Regarding "The Doctor's Advocate" he explains how the album is almost complete beside some material he intends to freshen up to date. He confirms production from Just Blaze, Scott Storch and Kanye West; for the record there was no mention of production from Dr. Dre during the interview. He explains that his sophomore album is for the fans with him feeling "shackle and chain free."
In other news he discusses his line of Hurricane shoes, with an exclusive BWS shoe being released in line with the mixtape. He also explains his feeling of the South scene right now, how he feels about those that delve too deep into his lyrics and much more.

so the host didn't ask if Dr Dre was going to produce?
VERY poor form if that was the case ...
-
Thanks for the update.
It would of course be cool if Dre produces a few songs on TDA but at the end of the day, all I really care about is if the album will be dope in its entirety, with Dre or not.

I agree with both of you ... I think with or without the good Doctor, Game can still make a great record
My post was more along the lines of people want to know if Dre is gonna be on there or not, and for an interviewer or the host to not ask is kind of weak in my opinion ...

if i'm being honest i think interviewers are being asked not to ask directly, it happens alot, believe me. only time will tell!
-
I think it's obvious there will be no Dre.. Game has tried to hide the fact he was dropped from the math as much as possible.. he does the same with Dre involvment in this album..
-
i guess its what everybodys speculating on, so that could be a good thing.. This will be great to see as it unfolds, btw that boy juice hes sounds pretty good, the beat was hard but Games hook was just o.k he tried to do some 50 cent shit but the words were put together right, just my opinion.

He should fuck with Juice from Chi-Town. Is this the same cat?

If Dre isn't on it it won't be as good as The Documentary. No Dre production + no Dre mixing + no Dre guidance (Executive Producer) = lesser product
I'm not trying to bring down Game or elevate Dre but I think that's what will happen, even if he does have a couple of Dre beats it's obvious that Dre isn't going to be involved in the album, result being The Massacre Mk. II.
Hopefully Dre is involved for Game's sake though because he'll leave a lot of fans disappointed if in the end the whole "Dre is on it/just wait and see if Dre is on it" is a ruse.

just look at The Big Bang ;)

Dre or not, this album won't top the Doc production wise...
-
I dont expect that dre will produce on the album, that doesnt worry me too much even though im a huge dre fan. Im more concerned that dre may have not overseen the album.
-
^true shit.
why is game pushing juice so hard? to me clyde, and especially ya boy are so much more valuable. i mean its good for juice, but game never ever talks about ya boy, and clyde. imo, juice aint all that.

For real. I think Meho or someone once posted on here that he thought The Game probably won't have any production from Dre, but would try and keep that under wraps for as long as possible. That sounds quite plausible right about now.

nah hes fram AZ...
i barely heard about JUICE on Wed.
-
i heard him on the A Team morning show, seems like a month ago, and they were interviewing him at like 4am his time and he said 'Im not dissin the A' and they started playing that all though the song. i wonder how much he paid for that.

I think I'm gonna puke if I hear another rapper say "Yeah, I got production from Just Blaze, Kanye West, and Scott Storch." Jesus fucking christ that shit is so wack. And I'm not knocking those producers, cuz they are all talented and have made some dope shit. But they wonder why shit doesn't sell anymore - it's cause we're getting the same goddamn producer lineup on every album. They keep forcing the same shit down our throats - what the fuck is exciting about getting the exact same formula everytime? God damn somebody needs to be fuckin original - pick one or two producers and strive for some sort of COHESIVE album, not a compilation of a bunch of radio ass singles. [/rant]

Completely agree with you man, too much variety production wise usually is ot a good thing. At least Kanye and Just have similar styles at times. Honestly, i don't EVER feel entire albums anymore, damn i miss the days when artists/groups just had their in-house producers. Honestly, the reason why i think Kanye's two albums have been dope is they have been all done by him(well, mainly). All the old classic shit was done by one or two producers, or at least a group of producers with similar styles(think Illmatic). Hiphop is fucked up. However, if people heard Game
s album was done by some no-name guy, his slaes would be cut in half no matter how good the shit is. If you think about it, Nelly (COuntry grammar)is the last commercial artist to have the majority of a cd produced by one guy who was not a big name star
