Things move fast in rap. By the time their second album, World Premiere (Moedoe/Koch), dropped in April, the Team already had a new single, the "Hyphy Juice" remix, which now rivals "It's Getting Hot" as their biggest radio hit. Since then, Moedoe label head K.O.A.B. has inked a deal for Hyphy Juice, the energy drink he co-owns with the group, to be sold at 7-11 stores nationwide, while Team member Clyde Carson just signed as a solo act to Capitol Records. Carsons ambitious project, Theater Music consisting of one multisong, album-length track ? la Prince's Lovesexy (Warner, 1988) will appear next year, cobranded by Moedoe as well as the Game's Black Wall Street.

And Yes Game is officially Signed to Geffen Records

Probably Universal seeing as it owns both Interscope and Geffen.
I really like Clyde Carson and right now he has one of his own joints in rotation up north on KMEL plus the BWS mixtape is getting heavy burn from just about everyone I know. Hopefully The Team will be all over his solo.

itīs just Clyde that got a deal thru BWS and Capitol. kinda like how Ludacris got DTP artists on Capitol,Def Jam and Interscope/Geffen.

As of right now Juice is the only artist signed directly through BWS/Geffen. Clyde is a joint venture with capitol, and Ya Boy might be Aftermath, Interscope, or Def Jam.

Clyde is Distributed directly thru Capitol and is promoted by BWS, he is signed to blackwallstreet just as much as Juice is if that's the case. He has more clout than Juice, he's proven that he can make money. Selling 900,000 cans of Hyphy Juice in 3 months and selling over 130,000 units on the underground tip with his last album will indeed get you a nice deal. He supposedly signed for 1.5 Million.

Interscope distributes Geffen or at least did. I know that Universal has or is planning to upgrade Geffen so that it distributes itself much as Interscope does. Anyway BWS don't have distribution.

You got it right the second time. Interscope is under the Universal Music Group, although theu usually don't directly interviene with. The label "Universal Records" is also under the Universal Music Group, in the same setup as Interscope, but it is more directly run by UMG.
